2. Once Authority to Release is signed, the claimant cannot withdraw from our services to  recover the claim. Should the claimant withdraw from supplying relevant documents requested to complete the claim, you will still be reliable to pay the recovery fee. Upon refusal to supply extra documents, Lost Money Trackers will give 7 days notice to the client, the client’s file will then be closed and payment of our fee  will be required. 

3. Should suit be commenced or a lawyer be employed to enforce payment of the recovery fee pursuant of this  agreement, the claimant agrees to pay such additional sum as the court may adjudge reasonable as lawyer’s  fees in said suit.

4. The recovery fees are to be paid from the client’s unclaimed money claim. The client understands they will receive the balance deposited electronically directly into their nominated bank account or by cheque. Every  effort is made by Lost Money Trackers to ensure that cheques and bank deposits are returned within 9 weeks  upon receipt of ALL correct documentation requested. Lost Money Trackers and its employees are not  responsible for any delays in processing of claim and accepts no responsibility for any claim, loss or liability  arising from any such delays. The client accepts they are responsible for providing correct information and that  incorrect information may cause delays in receiving their unrecovered money. 

5. Our general commission service fee for the retrieval of your lost funds is 15% of the total amount of money recovered except for Deceased Estates.

6. For the recovery of lost money resulting from Deceased Estates, A commission service fee of 30% of the overall amount of money retrieved will be applicable.

7. Lost Money Trackers accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, currency or completeness of any information  provided via any type of correspondence and or communications. The accuracy or reliability of the information  provided is not guaranteed or warranted in any way and Lost Money Trackers, its agencies, representatives,  subsidiaries and affiliates disclaim liability of any kind whatsoever, including & without limitation, liability for  accuracy, quality, performance or reliability for a particular purpose arising out of the information provided.

8. This Terms & Conditions can be varied at any time by Lost Money Trackers upon giving 7 days notice in writing  to the client detailing such changes.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION 

Your Personal and or Business/Company information including your name, email address &  contact details or any other information necessary for us to make contact with you, is collected to obtain all relevant documents required for the successful lodgment of your claim and the retrieval of your unclaimed funds. 

USING PERSONAL INFORMATION 

Lost Money Trackers may use your personal information to contact you either by email or phone, to search for  your unrecovered funds and assist you with the recovery process. 

DATA RETENTION 

We only retain your personal and or company data for as long as deemed necessary for us to render a service  to you for the recovery of your funds, except where otherwise provided by law. 

SECURING YOUR DATA 

Lost Money Trackers takes considerable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, or misuse of your Personal and/or Business/Company information. 

Acceptance of our service is automatic acceptance of all Lost Money Trackers Terms & Conditions.
